Raising the Bar 503 offers an outdoor mentoring program centered around fishing, designed to connect youth with nature while teaching valuable life skills. Through this program, mentors work one-on-one or in small groups with young participants, introducing them to the art and discipline of fishing. The goal is not only to teach the technical skills of fishing but to foster patience, focus, and respect for the environment.
